Hi! I'm Elaine. I have been coaching at SGSC since Jan 2026 after performing in an awesome Deka Event. In my classes, you can expect fun, dancing, and lightheartedness; however, we are going to work - I will call you out (but it's out of love). I firmly believe in helping people be the best version of themselves in a fun/safe way.

Outside of SGSC, I am a Mom of four. I work part-time as a physical therapist, specializing in Pelvic Floor Therapy. In my free time, if I am not working out, training for an event, or running, I typically have a book in my hand or binge-watch a TV series with my hubby.
